Founder of RC Coaching and Malaysia's National Triathlon Head Coach for 2026-2027. A four-time SEA Games national coach with Ironman, World Triathlon Level 2 and ISN Level 3 accreditation, Rupert has guided 250+ athletes since 2018 - producing national record-holders, SEA Games medallists and 15 national champions. A Challenge Roth sub-10-hour finisher himself, he brings elite-level structure to runners at every level.

Uqasha brings 14 years of running experience and specialises in running technique and efficiency. A Certified Advanced Pose Method Coach with ISN Sports Science Level 2 accreditation, he pairs evidence-based coaching with real mileage to help athletes move better, run faster and stay injury-free. Currently Head Coach of Garmin Run Club and an ASICS Run Club Pacer, he's guided everyone from first-timers to competitive runners - coaching smarter running, consistency and proper biomechanics so every runner unlocks their potential.

Life happens. Your full plan still lives in TrainingPeaks so you can do the session on your own, and we'll catch you the following week. Consistency over perfection.
