Base building

Aerobic base, running economy and technique. Lock in your paces and build the consistency everything else stands on.

Weeks 5–7

Build & sharpen

Intensity, speed and threshold work. Race-specific prep — including HYROX demands — to turn that base into real fitness.

Week 8

Peak & race sim

Benchmark testing, a race simulation and a full performance review — so you arrive at goal day sharp and confident.

  • Mobility & warm-up, then run drills and hands-on technique work.
  • Pacing, intervals and endurance — coached live, scaled to your pace.
  • A proper cool-down, plus form and breathing cues an app can't give you.
  • Beginners genuinely welcome — nobody left behind, whatever your pace.

Good to know

Questions runners ask first

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. The program meets you where you are — plenty of members start from zero with walk-run sessions. Your plan is scaled to your own pace, so you're never thrown in the deep end.

What if I miss the weekly session?

Life happens. Your full plan still lives in TrainingPeaks so you can do the session on your own, and we'll catch you the following week. Consistency over perfection.

What gear do I need?

Just comfortable running shoes and clothes to start. As you progress we're happy to advise on anything else — no need to spend a fortune up front.

How are the plans personalised?

We set your training paces from a recent run or time trial, then build every session around your zones and deliver them to your TrainingPeaks calendar week by week.

How do I join?

Message us on WhatsApp. We'll chat about your goals, share the next intake date and pricing, and get you set up.
