Benchmark testing, a race simulation and a full performance review - so you arrive at goal day sharp and confident.

Rupert Chen

Founder of RC Coaching and Malaysia's National Triathlon Head Coach for 2026-2027. A four-time SEA Games national coach with Ironman, World Triathlon Level 2 and ISN Level 3 accreditation, Rupert has guided 250+ athletes since 2018 - producing national record-holders, SEA Games medallists and 15 national champions. A Challenge Roth sub-10-hour finisher himself, he brings elite-level structure to runners at every level.

Uqasha Izhar

Uqasha brings 14 years of running experience and specialises in running technique and efficiency. A Certified Advanced Pose Method Coach with ISN Sports Science Level 2 accreditation, he pairs evidence-based coaching with real mileage to help athletes move better, run faster and stay injury-free. Currently Head Coach of Garmin Run Club and an ASICS Run Club Pacer, he's guided everyone from first-timers to competitive runners - coaching smarter running, consistency and proper biomechanics so every runner unlocks their potential.

Good to know

Questions runners ask first

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. The program meets you where you are - plenty of members start from zero with walk-run sessions. Your plan is scaled to your own pace, so you're never thrown in the deep end.

What if I miss the weekly session?

Life happens. Your full plan still lives in TrainingPeaks so you can do the session on your own, and we'll catch you the following week. Consistency over perfection.

What gear do I need?

Just comfortable running shoes and clothes to start. As you progress we're happy to advise on anything else - no need to spend a fortune up front.

How are the plans personalised?

We set your training paces from a recent run or time trial, then build every session around your zones and deliver them to your TrainingPeaks calendar week by week.

How do I join?

Message us on WhatsApp. We'll chat about your goals, share the next intake date and pricing, and get you set up.
